By using our services, Vendors and Customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms: By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3. User Obligations: Vendors and Customers agree to use RentAnyGari.com in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the vehicle listings they provide.

4. Platform Functionality: RentAnyGari.com provides a platform for Vendors to list their rental vehicles and for Customers to inquire about and contact Vendors. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any listings or the availability of vehicles.

5. Third-Party Transactions: RentAnyGari.com is not a party to any transactions between Vendors and Customers. Any interactions, negotiations, agreements, or disputes arising from such transactions are solely between the Vendor and Customer. We disclaim any liability arising from such transactions.

6. Payment and Billing: Vendors shall pay monthly platform fees according to their chosen plan for using our services. However, RentAnyGari.com does not charge any fees from Customers for using the platform.

7. Vehicle Condition and Liability: RentAnyGari.com holds no responsibility for any vehicle damages, defects, accidents, or issues that may occur during the rental period. The Vendor who provides the vehicle and the Customer who rents the vehicle are solely responsible for their interactions and the vehicle's condition.

8. Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors are required to conduct thorough verification and documentation before providing a vehicle to a Customer, in accordance with the Vendor's requirements for the specific vehicle being rented. If a Vendor fails to perform such verification, RentAnyGari.com holds no liability in any circumstance.

9. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are required to provide all necessary verification and documentation as required by the Vendor for the specific vehicle being rented. RentAnyGari.com is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate documentation provided by Customers.

10. Prohibited Activities: Customers are strictly prohibited from engaging in any type of criminal or terrorist activity, or any illegal activity while using a rented vehicle obtained through RentAnyGari.com. In such cases, if a Customer is found to be involved in any criminal or illegal activity, RentAnyGari.com bears no responsibility and shall fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required.

11. Customer Liability: In the event of vehicle theft or damage caused by a Customer, RentAnyGari.com bears no responsibility. The Customer is solely responsible for any damages, theft, or losses that may occur during the rental period.

12. Vendor Blacklisting: RentAnyGari.com reserves the right to blacklist or suspend Vendors who violate our terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to meet customer expectations, including proper verification and documentation.

13. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentAnyGari.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our services or any interactions between Vendors and Customers.

14. Indemnification: Vendors and Customers agree to indemnify and hold RentAnyGari.com harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from their use of our services, interactions, or transactions.

15. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

16. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on RentAnyGari.com and will become effective immediately. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
